Hi, I am marry alen, working as a printer expert for 6 years. if you want to Enable hp windows 10 safe mode for troubleshooting your problem, then you need to allow a safe mode for continuing your work. If you don't know how to do it, I am here to guide you in it.

Restart your computer.
As soon as you see the HP or Windows logo, press and hold the F8 key repeatedly.
When you see the Advanced Boot Options menu, select Safe Mode with Networking.
Press Enter to start in Safe Mode with Networking.
