Open Outlook and select the emails you want to export. Right-click and choose "Copy." Open an Excel sheet and paste the copied emails. This method is simple, but it may not retain attachments or formatting properly.
Method 2: Import/Export Feature
Open Outlook and go to File > Open & Export > Import/Export. Choose Export to a file and select CSV (Comma Separated Values). Pick the folder to export and choose where to save the file. Click Finish to export your emails to Excel.
This method is more reliable but can be time-consuming and may have formatting issues.
