There are two ways to import MSG files to Outlook: Manual process or Import utility (if you have several files).

1. Manual Process

Load up Outlook and open up the mail folders that hold your msg files. Choose the msg file depending on if you will be importing or if you want to import; after you select this, open up one of the mail folders where you would like to import them. The messages will be imported automatically into the Outlook application for you.

2. Import Utility (for many msg files)

For multiple messages, using an import utility like the "Softaken MSG Conversion Suite Tool" will allow you to import any msg files you choose in bulk while maintaining the same data, attachments and format as the originals.
