Im trying to figure out how to import PST into Outlook so I can restore all my old emails, contacts, and calendar items. I recently formatted my system and saved a backup PST file, but Im not sure about the correct steps to get everything back in Outlook 2021.

I tried using the File > Open & Export > Import/Export option, but it didnt import all folders correctly. Is there any reliable or automated method to import PST files into Outlook without losing data? Any guidance or tool suggestions would be great!
