Best Ways to Reduce PST File Size by Cleaning Deleted Items?

I am working with an Outlook PST file that has grown quite large, even though I regularly delete unnecessary emails. It looks like the Deleted Items folder and other hidden cache might still be increasing the overall PST size. Can anyone suggest the best methods to reduce PST file size, especially by properly cleaning Deleted Items or removing leftover data? I want to make sure the PST becomes lighter without risking any data loss.

PST files in Outlook grow large over time, especially when old emails accumulate in the Deleted Items folder. If a PST file becomes too large, Outlook may slow down or sometimes even crash. Therefore, it is important to reduce the size of the PST file. DataVare Outlook PST Compact Expert Tool is a professional tool that safely reduces the size of your large PST files. It compacts the PST file by removing Deleted Items, Junk Emails, and unnecessary data, thereby speeding up Outlook's performance. Easy to use and safe, this tool is suitable for any Outlook version.
