How to Convert Excel to VCF Without Losing Email & Phone Fields?

I am trying to move my contacts from an Excel sheet into my phone, so I need to convert the Excel file into a VCF (vCard) format. The sheet contains important fields like Name, Phone Number, and Email ID. I tried doing a manual conversion by exporting through CSV importing to Google Contacts exporting as VCF. But every time I do this, some contacts lose their phone numbers or email fields, especially when there are multiple phone numbers or special characters. Has anyone faced this issue? How can I convert Excel to VCF safely without losing important fields like Emails and Phone Numbers?

Losing fields like emails or phone numbers usually happens when users try online conversion or manual method without fields matching. Sometime tools dont understand Excel column names, so important data is skipped.
