How to Migrate Thunderbird Emails to Lotus Notes NSF Format?

I am currently using Mozilla Thunderbird as my email client, but due to an organizational requirement, I need to migrate all my Thunderbird emails into IBM Lotus Notes (NSF format). Thunderbird stores emails in MBOX format, while Lotus Notes uses NSF, and there is no direct import option available between the two platforms. I am looking for a reliable and secure solution that can migrate Thunderbird emails to Lotus Notes NSF format without data loss. The emails include multiple folders, attachments, and important metadata (To, From, Subject, Date, etc.).
