I've had my 2018 Mustang GT for about a year now and no matter how careful I am with washing, the black paint looks like someone took steel wool to it under direct sunlight. I've tried the two bucket method, microfiber towels, even a foam cannon, but those fine scratches keep showing up and it's driving me crazy. A friend sent me a Detailed Resource about ceramic coating and paint correction, but I'm not sure if that's just a temporary bandage or if it actually helps prevent new swirls from forming in this dusty environment. Has anyone here with a dark colored Mustang found a detailing approach that actually works long term in Abu Dhabi? I'm open to spending money on a proper correction, but I want to know if it's worth it before I take the plunge.
