I recently read an article about how scammers are using manipulated photos of family members to trick people into sending money during supposed emergencies. It really worried me, especially since my elderly parents are very active on Facebook and might not spot a fake image right away.

Ive been trying to find a guide to detect photoshopped images so I can teach them how to verify suspicious profile pictures from unknown accounts. It feels like an essential skill for staying safe in the modern digital world. What is the best way to detect photoshopped images?
