There are two ways to import MSG files into Outlook, either with a manual method (a few) or a professional solution (bulk).

Manual (for a small number of MSG files):

- first open Outlook.

- create or choose a folder in which to store your MSG files.

- drag and drop your MSG files.

Your mail will be added immediately. This technique isnt suited for a bulk number of files, and depending on your internet connection or computers speed, may take some time.

Professional (for bulk):

You can use Softaken MSG Conversion Suite to import your files in bulk. It will convert your MSG files into PST format, which is easily opened or added into Outlook.

1. Install/launch the software.

2. Add one or multiple MSG files to your project.

3. Set the output format to PST.

4. Convert MSG to PST.

5. Use File > Open & Export > Open Outlook Data File to view the PST on Outlook.

This method is also quicker, provides bulk conversions, maintains the original email components and maintains the format of the email.
