Our company recently migrated systems, and we had hundreds of archived meeting schedules saved as ICS files. The problem was that many employees couldn't open them, so we needed a way to convert ICS to TXT for long-term storage and easy reading. Manual conversion using Notepad was unrealistic because of the huge number of files and complex event structures. Someone recommended the SysInfo ICS Converter, and it turned out to be exactly what we needed. The tool supports bulk conversion, allowing us to load multiple ICS files at once and export them together in minutes. It also shows a detailed preview of calendar entries, which helped verify dates, time zones, and organizer names before processing. Another useful capability is duplicate handling and flexible saving options, which kept the output clean and organized. Since it preserves complete event metadata during conversion, the TXT files were accurate for compliance records. Compared to the manual approach, this saved hours of effort and reduced the chance of human errors.
